Start your students' day off right with a morning mindfulness meditation! This kit has 5 guided meditation scripts that are great for morning meetings, mindfulness weeks, school counseling, health & wellness, or any subject! You know why? Because re-centering and bringing calm and focus into the day is not specific to one course.
Students can each be assigned or volunteer for a day to be the "script reader". This can also help to build confidence and help them practice with pacing while reading and reading out loud to others. While this can be read to any age students who read aloud will probably fall within the 4th-10th grade range. It's a wide range but mindfulness is universal!
