What to Expect:
FUN to use resources like lesson plans, worksheets, activities, "think sheets", and reflection questions. I also make templates for organizing 504 initial eligibility meetings and annual reviews because believe me when I say I have struggled to get organized before and these are my tried & true systems that I have developed over time. I love, love planning classroom lessons and activities. I also create lessons for leading workshops around attendance, restorative justice and specific needs.

No matter what, the field of school counseling demands adaptability and a willingness to learn, it can be daunting to keep up with the world of AI and all of the demands put on counselors to have an impact on academics, attendance, discipline, and social emotional wellbeing. We are truly jacks of all trades. Dynamic and always on the run. I have found that speaking with others and working together helps me not only feel less alone but actually be the most productive counselor I can be!
